Careers at hashiRun
hashiRun is building the global infrastructure for the running ecosystem — a long-term platform designed to organize race data, personal history, and community participation at a global scale.
Fix fragmentation
The endurance sports world is fragmented. Race information lives across thousands of websites, PDFs, social posts, and legacy registration platforms. Personal race history is scattered, incomplete, or lost over time. Communities exist, but are rarely connected to verified events.
hashiRun exists to solve this fragmentation. Our mission is to create a single, reliable, and long-lived system that supports runners throughout their entire journey — from discovering races, to planning participation, to recording results and reflecting on experiences.
Small team, high ownership
We operate as a small, senior, and highly accountable team. We value depth over speed, clarity over urgency, and long-term trust over short-term growth metrics. Most decisions at hashiRun are made with a multi-year horizon in mind.
We are remote-first by default, with flexible geographic arrangements. Exceptional work can be done anywhere, provided communication is clear, expectations are explicit, and ownership is respected.
Taste, rigor, empathy
We’re building something meant to last. Values are how we keep quality high while staying small.
Contribution over titles
We hire opportunistically. Roles may open, close, or evolve based on platform needs. We encourage candidates to think in terms of contribution rather than titles.
