These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HashiRun, including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). HashiRun (“HashiRun,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a platform designed to help runners discover races, track participation, record results, and engage with the global running community.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HashiRun. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to access or use HashiRun. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organization, team, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms, and these Terms will apply to that entity.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep such information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

HashiRun is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

3. Use of the Service

HashiRun grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and community guidelines.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice, including features, content, or availability.

4. User Content

The Service allows you to submit, post, and share content, including race participation data, reviews, ratings, comments, notes, and other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant HashiRun a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, and use such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit User Content and that such content does not violate any laws or infringe the rights of any third party.

5. Public and Community Features

HashiRun includes social and community features. Certain User Content, such as public profiles, race participation, reviews, and ratings, may be visible to other users and the public.

You acknowledge that any User Content you make public may be viewed, shared, and indexed by others, and that HashiRun cannot control how third parties use such content.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or the servers and networks connected to the Service.

Without limitation, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data without permission

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violations of these rules, including removing content or terminating accounts.

7. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

HashiRun provides informational and organizational tools only. We do not provide medical, health, or fitness advice, nor do we guarantee the accuracy of race data, results, or user-generated content.

Running and athletic activities carry inherent risks. You acknowledge that participation in races and training activities is undertaken at your own risk. You are solely responsible for consulting qualified professionals regarding your health and fitness decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by HashiRun, including software, design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and other assets, are owned by or licensed to HashiRun and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. These links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement.

HashiRun is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that may harm the Service or other users.

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process or contacting us.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HashiRun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

HashiRun’s total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HashiRun, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
