Race packs are prepaid race credits. Use them when you want friends and family to follow a specific race with a private live link and cheer messages. Spoken audio cheer summaries are available with Apple Watch tracking.
Buy credits
Choose 1 race credit or 3 race credits in the iOS app. Credits are added to your hashiRun account after successful payment.
Assign a race
Open a registered upcoming race in your diary and turn on Spectator Mode. You will confirm before one credit is applied to that race.
Share the link
That race gets a private spectator link and the race-day cheer message feature. Spectators do not need a hashiRun account to follow along. Spoken audio cheer summaries are available with Apple Watch tracking.

Can I use hashiRun for free?
Yes. You can track runs, save training history, build your Race Diary, plan future races, record past races, and claim your myRunID for free.
What do I pay for?
You only pay when you want private spectator links and cheer messages. Race packs unlock those features for race days, while hashiRun Pro unlocks them for races and training runs. Spoken audio cheer summaries are available with Apple Watch tracking.
Where do purchases happen?
Purchases happen inside the iOS app through Apple. The App Store shows the final price, local currency, and any taxes before you confirm.

How does a 1-race or 3-race pack work?

When do I choose the race?
After buying credits, open a registered upcoming race and turn on Spectator Mode. hashiRun will ask you to confirm which race should use one credit.
Do race credits expire?
Yes. Race credits expire 12 months after purchase and must be assigned before that expiry date, before the race tracking window opens.
Can race packs unlock training run spectator links?
No. Race packs are for registered races only. Training run spectator links and training run cheers are included with hashiRun Pro.

What does hashiRun Pro include?

Does Pro renew automatically?
Yes. Pro is a yearly auto-renewing Apple subscription, managed through your App Store account.
What happens if my Pro plan ends before race day?
hashiRun checks whether Pro will still be active on race day. If it will not be active, you will need to renew before race day or use an eligible race credit.
