If you are a disabled person (who has a physical disability certificate, etc.) and it is difficult to drive alone, you can have one companion. However, guide dogs cannot be accompanied.
You cannot participate in a wheelchair.

If you apply from the hometown tax payment quota, if the full marathon is canceled, it will be transferred to another Morioka City return gift.
