Event Details
My Sisters’ Place (MSP) is a safe, welcoming, and inclusive home environment that supports women through drop-in and wrap-around services. Many experience multiple vulnerabilities including gender-based violence, trauma, chronic mental and physical health challenges, homelessness or housing instability, substance use, and extreme poverty.
My Sisters’ Place offers a reliable support system for women facing episodic or chronic hardship. Our programs help women achieve safety, stability, skills, confidence and recovery.
Over the past year (2023-2024) here’s how donor support has made a difference:
Our door opened 26, 042 times for a woman to enter seeking refuge and services
We served 26, 529 meals and snacks to women living with food insecurity
Our staff supported 968 women in crisis
