Fall Classic 5 and 10 Miler DONUT Road Race

The Annual Fall Classic 5 and 10 Miler DONUT Road Race is a long-running autumn road race in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, combining a scenic river-valley course with a relaxed community atmosphere and a charitable component.

The Fall Classic takes place from Beverly Heights Hall at 4209 111 Avenue NW in Edmonton, with the race built around a relatively flat course through one of the city’s scenic river-valley areas. The event is designed to accommodate a broad range of participants rather than only competitive runners: both the 5-mile and 10-mile distances are open to runners, joggers and walkers, and entrants can participate individually or create and join teams.

Despite the playful “DONUT Road Race” name, the event has a significant charitable element. Participants can make donations during registration, create personal fundraising pages, and raise money in connection with their race entry. The organizer also offers incentives for fundraising, including a prize draw for participants who raise more than $150.
