Christie Clinic Illinois Race Weekend is a major spring road-running festival in Champaign-Urbana and Savoy, Illinois, USA, built around flat courses, a welcoming Midwestern atmosphere, and one of the event’s signature features: a photo finish inside Gies Memorial Stadium.

Led by Race Director Jan Seeley under the Illinois Marathon / Christie Clinic Illinois Race Weekend banner, with Christie Clinic as title sponsor and Experience Champaign-Urbana as official host, the event has grown into one of the region’s best-known multi-race weekends.
