Donna Marathon Weekend

The Donna Marathon Weekend is one of the most meaningful endurance events in North America, combining world-class road racing with a powerful charitable mission. Officially known as the DONNA Marathon Weekend – The National Marathon to Finish Breast Cancer, it is the only marathon in the United States dedicated solely to raising funds for breast cancer research and patient support. Since its inception in 2008, the event has grown into a nationally recognized race weekend attracting thousands of runners, walkers, survivors, families, and supporters from across the United States and beyond. The event benefits The DONNA Foundation, which provides financial assistance to families affected by breast cancer while funding research aimed at ending the disease.

Held along Florida’s scenic Atlantic coastline, the race showcases the beach communities of Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, and Ponte Vedra Beach. Participants enjoy a flat, fast, Boston Marathon–qualifying course with ocean views, enthusiastic spectator support, and a uniquely emotional atmosphere fueled by the event’s mission. The weekend includes a full marathon, half marathon, 5K, family run, ultra marathon, virtual events, and challenge races. In recent years, the event has earned national recognition from USA Today’s 10Best awards and continues to rank among the premier charity running events in the United States.
