Garmin Run Vietnam is the Vietnamese stop of the Garmin Run Marathon Series, Garmin’s international road running circuit that connects athletes across Asia and the United States through a shared passion for fitness, technology, and personal achievement. Built around Garmin’s global “Beat Yesterday” philosophy, the event is more than a traditional road race—it is a celebration of continuous improvement, encouraging runners of every level to set new goals and surpass their previous performances. By combining professionally organized racing with Garmin’s advanced GPS wearables, performance analytics, and training ecosystem, Garmin Run Vietnam provides participants with a complete race experience that extends well beyond race day.
Held in the Sala Thu Thiem Urban Area in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Garmin Run Vietnam welcomes thousands of participants across multiple race categories, including 5K, 10K, 21K Half Marathon, and the popular Couple Run divisions for both 5K and 10K. The event is designed to accommodate everyone from first-time runners to experienced competitors chasing personal bests, while also offering premium race kits, electronic timing, finisher medals, and an energetic race village. As part of the Garmin Run Marathon Series, participants can also work toward earning the exclusive 18K gold-plated customized Marathon Series medal by completing any 10 of the 13 Garmin Run events held between 2022 and 2027 across Asia and the United States. Following the success of previous editions, Garmin has expanded the 2026 event to welcome more than 8,500 runners while continuing to strengthen Vietnam’s growing running community through its “From Zero To Hero” theme.
