Run & Taste 5K is a one-of-a-kind running event that combines a fun, accessible road race with Toronto’s vibrant food scene. Held in Toronto’s vibrant West End, the race begins and ends at Trinity Bellwoods Park, one of the city’s most popular urban parks. The approximately 5-kilometre route winds through the surrounding neighbourhood streets, stopping at a selection of local bakeries, cafés, delis, and specialty food shops. Participants receive signature tastings from local businesses along the way, creating an event that balances fitness, community, and gastronomy. Every participant receives a race bib, finisher medal, event swag, and access to the tasting stations.
