Setoda Lemon Marathon

The Setoda Lemon Marathon (せとだレモンマラソン) is a cheerful seaside road race in Japan’s Setouchi region that pairs serious running with the mellow, sunlit vibe of the islands. The event is held in Setoda (Setoda-cho), Onomichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan. 

What makes it stand out is the setting: Setoda sits in the Seto Inland Sea area (near the Shimanami Kaido corridor), surrounded by citrus groves and coastal scenery. The course is designed to be fun and approachable, taking runners around the local island landscape, including a loop that showcases the area’s citrus-growing character.
