Takasaki Bi-Style Marathon

The Takasaki BI-STYLE Marathon is one of Japan’s most distinctive community running events, combining road racing with a nationwide campaign to raise awareness of cervical cancer prevention and women’s health. Held annually in Takasaki, Gunma Prefecture, the event is officially known as the Takasaki BI-STYLE Marathon – Cervical Cancer Prevention Awareness Run (子宮頸がん予防啓発「高崎美スタイルマラソン」). Rather than focusing solely on competition, the race promotes healthy lifestyles, regular medical screening, and community wellness while welcoming runners of all ages and abilities.

Since its inaugural edition, the BI-STYLE Marathon has steadily grown into one of Gunma Prefecture’s signature road races.
