Vilniaus Maratonas

The Vilniaus Maratonas (also known internationally as the Swedbank Vilnius Marathon) is Lithuania’s premier autumn road running festival, held each September in Vilnius, the country’s capital. The event features a range of race distances, including the marathon (42.195 km), half marathon, 10 km, 5 km, and fun runs for children and walkers, all starting and finishing around Cathedral Square in the heart of the city. Participants race through Vilnius’s scenic historic centre, parks, and riverbank routes, making it one of the most celebrated and inclusive running events in the Baltics.
