2027 5K

The Sea Girt 5K is an annual event benefiting Sea Girt Recreation and The Jersey Shore Dream Center, which provides hunger relief, essential baby supplies, and community programs to individuals and families in need. The race features a 5K run/walk/roll at 8:30 AM, including a custom t-shirt, bib with chip timing, medal, live music on the course, and an after-party. Kids' races start at 10:00 AM, offering short sprints from 25 to 400 yards based on age group, with t-shirts, goody bags, and kids' activities such as inflatables, pony rides, and face painting.
