WELCOME TO GYEONGJU
The official emblem of the Gyeongju Marathon symbolizes the helmet of Son Ki-chung, who won the 1936 Berlin Olympics, symbolizing the history and representativeness of the Korean marathon. The Dong-A Ilbo 2025 Gyeongju International Marathon, co-hosted by Gyeongsangbuk-do, Gyeongju City, the Korea Association of Athletics Federations, and Dong-A Ilbo, will be held in Gyeongju, a city full of the charm and the capital of 'a millennium."
