Your donations and participation benefit women’s mental health programs at Stella’s Circle. The Just Us Women’s Centre provides counselling to women in conflict with the law and Naomi Centre provides temporary shelter and support for women aged 16-30.

I’m hopeful that you’ll support my fundraising efforts with a donation. The money raised from the Run for Women supports two women’s programs at Stella’s Circle: Naomi Centre and the Just Us Women’s Centre. Naomi Centre is the only emergency shelter for young women ages 16 – 30 in the province. The Just Us Women’s Centre works with women involved in the criminal justice system, providing one-on-one and group counselling in areas such as trauma, anger management, addictions, and peer support.

Women’s lives are impacted by your participation and your fundraising efforts. For $55, a young woman can participate in a therapeutic group session at Naomi Centre that focuses on empowering youth and ending sexual exploitation. A donation of $130 enables a woman to join a 10-week trauma group at the Just Us Women’s Centre. With your donation, women can receive the support they need.
