The city of La Paz, with the slogan Ciudad en Movimiento, has a very special topography: it is built in a valley, it has very few flat streets and almost all of them are important. The design of the route goes along the slopes of this valley. It is 42.2 km within a bumpy topography and also for a route that minimally affects vehicular traffic. The route joins the east and west slopes, crosses the Choqueyapu and Orkojahuira rivers, runs through the high and low neighborhoods through the least crowded and flat avenues and flat streets possible. To get to the games and leave the finish line you can use the current means of mass transport such as cable cars and Puma Katari buses.
