This race takes runners on an incredible tour of the neighborhoods around the University of Oregon, through the lovely campus itself and finishes on the track inside iconic Hayward Field. Up for an extra challenge? Both Krusteaz Flap Jack and Flap Jill run the Eugene 5K every year, and if you beat the speedy breakfast food in your category, you’ll go home with a year’s supply of Krusteaz Pancake Mix.
