Event Details
The Fukushima City Half Marathon is as much about community spirit and hospitality as it is about running. Runners are cheered on with warm, lively support, including local performances such as taiko drumming, dance teams, and more, with around 3,000 residents cheering along the course in the previous edition. In addition, the race features local Fukushima cuisine to energize participants and celebrate the city’s unique flavors, making the experience a perfect blend of sport, culture, and community warmth.
