Event Details
The FAMILY RUN 3 KM is a popular, non-competitive race, perfect for those who want to get some exercise in nature over an accessible distance. It is also an opportunity to spend time with the family. Children of any age can participate for a reduced fee with an adult companion.
Children registered for the 3K Family Run must be accompanied on the route by an adult registered for any of the events. If the adult is already registered for one of the 11K Cross or 21K Half Marathon events, it is no longer mandatory to register for the Family Run event, but the accompanying adult cannot receive the 3K Family Run kit including the finisher medal, but only the kit for the event they are registered for.
