2026 The 10K

The 10 km is the main event at Courons Gatineau. From Quai-des-Cageux, you will head west on rue Jacques-Cartier and quickly cross the Lady-Aberdeen Bridge, which spans the Gatineau River at its confluence with the Ottawa River. On the other side, you will take Leamy Lake Parkway all the way to the beach parking lot, then you will turn around and return to the starting point, which is also the halfway point. From here, you will continue east on rue Jacques-Cartier. As you approach rue Saint-Louis, you will turn around and retrace your steps for the final stretch along the magnificent bike path that runs alongside the Ottawa River. This event is GOLD sanctioned by Athlétisme Québec. Prizes of $300, $200 and $100 will be awarded to the top 3 women and men.
