➀The competition rules comply with the 2026 Japan Athletics Federation Competition Rules Road Race Regulations.
➁Runners should drive on the left side of the course.
➂The time limit for each item is the elapsed time from the departure signal.
➃Starts after the competition officer starts from the end of each event are not allowed.
➄Please refer to the table below for the location of the gate.
➅If you exceed the time limit or the time to pass through the checkpoint, please remove the athlete bib immediately and end the competition. In addition, competitors who have exceeded the next gate closing time or determined that the competition could not continue should also end the competition.
➆Please be sure to install the specified equipment or equipment in the designated position for competition measurement. If the position is different or not installed, it will be treated as unmeasurable.
➇3 km family, please hold hands and finish together.
