2026 Marathon

The International Marathon Angola 50 Years is an annual speed skating event organized by the Federação Angolana de Patinagem (FAP). The inaugural edition took place on October 18, 2025, in Luanda, celebrating Angola's 50th anniversary of independence. The 2026 edition is scheduled for October 18, 2026, along the Marginal and Nova Marginal of Luanda, in a closed circuit, starting at 6 pm. The FAP plans to invite the top five skaters in the African ranking to participate. The event aims to be included in the World Skate Tour's International Marathon calendar, contributing to the development of speed skating in Africa.
