Event Details
In the event of natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, or strong winds, or in the event of dangerous weather conditions, incidents, accidents, or infectious diseases, the organizers reserve the right to change the course or cancel/suspend the event altogether.
In principle, if this event is canceled or suspended due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, such as natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances that make it unsafe to drive, participation fees will not be refunded.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the organizers, participants are solely responsible for any accidents, injuries (including death), losses, or property damage resulting from their participation in this event.
