The 12th TUI Rhodes Marathon is scheduled for April 18, 2027, featuring a marathon distance of 42.195 km. The race starts at 07:30 am from Eleftherias Square in Rhodes. Registration opens on May 8, 2026, and closes on April 7, 2027. Participants will receive a runner participation number, electronic timekeeping with a chip, a commemorative finish medal, and other amenities.
