About the Amway River Bank Run - 5K Run
Course Information
7:00a Start - USATF-certified course
Start staging is on Ottawa Avenue near Lyon Street
No corrals, find the Gate with your pace per mile and enter the line up
Finish on Monroe Avenue at Pearl Street
All participants must be able to maintain a 14:30 minute per mile pace 5K Pace Chart
This event is a 5K Run only - the 5K walk starts at 7:45a, please register for the appropriate event and start times
NO wheelchairs, baby joggers, backpacks (hydrations vests permitted), bicycles, scooters, rollerblades, skateboards and animals allowed on the course
