The age standard date is the day of the tournament (September 27, 2020).
Except for half, it is possible to participate in a wheelchair (daily wheelchairs, racer types are not allowed).
If you participate in a 10 km in a wheelchair, an accompanying runner is required. Please contact us if you are not accompanied.
If you have a disability and it is difficult to drive alone, you can have a companion. ( Participation is free for accompanying runners)
Infants are required to participate with their guardians (over 18 years old, high school students are not allowed).
