Event Details
The Lake Ikeda Fun Run is a 12.05 km course starting after the Full Marathon on Sunday, January 10, 2027, in Ibusuki City. Participants must be high school age or older and capable of completing the course within 120 minutes. The entry fee is ¥6,000, with special awards for the furthest traveler, oldest participant, and sister/twin city. There are no awards or time recording for this event. Finisher certificates (without times) are available for download on the official website. Bibs can be picked up on January 9 from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm and on January 10 from 6:30 am to 8:00 am at the Ibusuki Municipal Gymnasium. Temporary storage for valuables is provided, and water stations are available at three locations starting from the 5 km point and at the finish line.
