2026 Marathon

Spoiler alert: there will be hills! While the course does not climb more than 200 feet / 60 metres above sea level, it goes up and down rather a lot in between.

BFIM is a rolling coastal course with approximately 1,600 feet of elevation gain over 26.2 miles. Rather than one major climb, runners will encounter a steady series of rollers that reward smart pacing and consistent effort. Elevation totals may vary by platform, with GPS watches often showing more gain than online maps, but however it is measured, this is a scenic and honest course with a meaningful cumulative challenge.
